Comments:
I ran for 90 mins on trails and in the grass. I also ran on the track for some of the times.
I started at a mild pace and tried to build up to a hot pace when I was on the track at the end.
My legs and feet still felt a little sore today.
I slept for 7 hours and 15 minutes.
