these past few days, i realized my perception of days were thrown off, and i missed mileage a bit and should have added on on saturday, but i didn't :(
anyway, i ran real "quick" when i got home. i was meeting some people to catch up, so i was rushed and didnt stretch much, which was a poor choice. i got to it before i slept though and was real tight. i had been real tired the past few days.
