10 miles doesn't seem much longer than 7 or 8 but it sure felt like it. Wanted to forget about pace for a run, so I didn't look at my watch until I finished and this is what my legs gave me! Pretty consistent I thought, took it easy the first 3 miles and gradually got a little faster throughout the middle. Last mile felt like my knees would explode, but they didn't. Hope I took it easy enough to have a decent workout tomorrow.
