With Baker, Chengar, and 42. Nice pace on the way out. Overall felt pretty good. Did strides on the practice field on the way back to my house.

Ankle felt almost fine, shin felt pretty good, probably because I took yesterday off. Average pace is not very indicative of the actual run.
