I hate this

Weather: 78 sunny humid (very muggy)

Comments:
First started with a half mile jog to trails. Then I did a bellower and then I went to the 2 and back. That's what I ran. I felt absolutely miserable. I was tired and sore and miserable. My large intestine wasn't working properly so I had to take two very loose bathroom stops, diareah (sorry if that is tmi for anyone reading this). Next problem was about halfway through I had this aching, throbbing, side splitting pain in my foot. It was located from my heel to 3/4 up my foot. I cannot describe how much it hurt. I limped out 5 miles after that. Afterwards at home I couldn't walk on it. The only thing that helped was landing on my toes, the pain wasn't as bad but flat footed or heel was horrible. I tried to stay on the grass as much as possible.It was my left foot. Surface pavement and trails
