Comments:
Same route as last night but ran more on feel instead on purposely running slow as fuck. Still felt ridiculously easy and controlled. These "doubles"are slow enough and short enough that I should be able to do them every night. Felt pretty refreshed this morning once I warmed up so, not too shabby.
