Woke up with some pain in both achillies, so I was a little scared to do this workout. Warm up felt tiring but decided to attempt the workout. Idk what to think about this one... First mile felt pretty easy, so I tried to push the second mile but went too fast, I felt like my heart would explode at the end of the 2nd mile. Took the 800 jogs really slow to recover. Slowed the last one down to make sure I finished strong and was somewhat slow. Overall I'm exhausted and the cool down was a struggle. Good workout I think, feel like I'm getting better if I'm running these times as a tempo this early in training.
