Exercise Type: Weights

Clayton and I went to Lahaye for a back and shoulder workout before I my flight lesson. We did bent over dumbbell rows, sitting v bar rows, v bar pull downs, shrugs, and barbell pull downs with medium and wide grip. We were going to do chest too but I didn't have time. I haven't lifted in forever so I'm a little sore but not too bad.
