Comments:
5xmile w/ 3 min. rest in between intervals. Negative split each interval starting conservative at 5:45. First 4 intervals felt pretty comfortable so I moved to the indoor track for the last one. Started out at a pace that felt difficult but sustainable. Dropped a 5 flat to finish up! Good workout!
