Didnt do the double tonight, I could tell it was not the best thing to do today. Instead, hit ym neighbors pool and decided to do some actual swimming. Boy was in for a shock. I had no idea how much faster and harder it hits one's aerobic system, holy hell. Thought I would just swim for 10 minutes and be just fine, wrong lolz. 1:08, then some easier strokes, 1:00, easier strokes, 1:10, easier strokes, then 26 seconds hard, felt like I had just ran some 200s honestly. If only their pool was deeper than a little over 3 feet...ohg well. shall add this to regimen.
