Comments:
3 mile joshs run....but yeah the frozen yogurt did not want to settle in. I was burping up chocolate and pb froyo during the whole run. But I went with the flow and still ran great. This run was inspired by the girls ncaa 5k race I watched before I ran. It rained with thunder and lightning the last half mile
