didnt run yesterday cause my knee was acting up a bunch, but today it felt much better so i went for it. had to try and make up some miles from missing yesterday, so i tried to go 6. was actually 6.3 but i rounded down, its all good. now stretch, workout, do work, cause u needa et on top of this shit man.
