Comments:
Drove to the Davies Drive hill in the morning and cranked out repeats. Every fifth one skipping. The trigger point felt really good going up these hills. However, everything else felt horrible. This is the first fast drill that I've done in a while and I felt horrible. I definitely need to start doing some trackwork.
