Weather: 70s, light rain
Comments:
Zach and I ran care-bear from the outdoor track to the intramural fields and did 6x30sec strides barefoot and then ran straight back to the track. The strides felt great and the weather was perfect. It did not start raining more than a drizzle until we got back to the track. We stretched, did an ab workout, lunges, and push ups. The ab workout was two sets of crunches, flutter kicks, twists, and planks for 1min each. We did four sets of 25 for the lunges and the push ups. Overall great workout and run.
