better-than-average workout

Weather: not too bad, cool

Comments:
8 x 400m with 2 min recovery on the churchill track at like 7pm, felt good after getting out of the friggin bus after 5 hours of riding home from nyc, aiming for the 68-70 range but my pace sense was way off, 71, 65, 67, 68, 67, 68, 66, 68, didn't get 200 splits which made it difficult to pace really well but did a decent job i guess, felt somewhat strong but could definitely feel myself tying up towards the end of the workout
