Comments:
First 2 miles took it easy, def not hard but I got a little excited at points I guess you could say. Last 2.5 miles picked it up purposely and it felt good. Not 100% though, still had some left over whihc is good cause it wasnt really that fast, just better than the past runs. Strides, spints etc. Running at night is always an enjoyable experience, mind clearing happiness.
