Fartlek #3

7 x 2 minutes on, 1 minute jog between
20 minute cool down

felt absolutely amazing for this run. took a nap in the afternoon and my legs were still tired until an hour or so before i ran. felt strong on the warm up but kept it easy to save my legs. felt like i was gliding on the first few intervals and i was still being conservative about how fast was i was going to save some for the rest. the last two intervals were pretty tiring and i was wiped out by the end of the workout. it was mostly my cardio that was tired, my legs still felt pretty strong. the cool down felt really easy and i ended up going faster than my warm up. i dont know if that means i needed to run my fartlek harder or what, but its kind of wierd. overall, good workout.
