Comments:
Fartlek efforts in the Nike Streak 3's. Running the efforts at approx. 5:40-5:50 pace with recovery periods at half/full marathon pace (6:30-6:50). Felt good and the latter part of the run seemed like I could hold the interval for longer period of time.
