Exercise Type: Walk
Weather: mid-60's, sunny/windy.
Comments:
Doctor's Order: Walk at least once a week, 5 miles under an hour. The part below my shins but above my ankle was hurting this morning so I walked the 5 miles then did some shin walks. I don't think its my shins that are not feeling right. It's the place under my shins but above the ankles.
