wow this felt bad

So I hadn't run in about a month and I have not had 2 consecutive weeks of good training since indoor, and I was still amazed by how bad I felt. On the plus side my foot/ankle, which I'm still a little concerned about didn't really hurt at all and I was able to up the pase going up a couple of the larger hills.

Watched the tennis teem today up at Bates with Rob; they lost. I know how upset you will all be about that.
