Weather: 70, mostly cloudy, humid

terrain- grass/trails
surface- pretty hilly, actually. Lots of up and downhills, both big and small.
sleep- 7
hydration- 6/10

workout- 8/10. Instead of running around the lakes i headed for the fields, and the change of scenery did me good. Running around the lakes can be kind of dreary after a while. So even though there were a lot more hills, i enjoyed the run and felt pretty good. In general my pace was faster, and HOT was pretty good, i did catch myself zoning out/slowing down a bit once, but then picked it back up again. It's even harder for me to estimate distances for the fields, but considering the formidable hills i think i did okay. I was really cruising for the last 15 min or so. I don't remember any pain or anything... just a snake that i almost stepped on.
