Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Dad and I went to the 6acre lots and did this work out in this hilly section. So the times were a little off because we weren't running on a flat track.
But basically, we'd run from one point to another up a hill(rest for 2minutes) and then run from there back to the starting point.(Running back to the starting point always seemed to be the hardest because there was a steeper hill on that one).
