Biked at Carlton. I was supposed to hit 30 miles this week, so today's run would have been less than 2 miles. Plus, my shins have been a little sore on a few runs recently, so I thought today would be a good day to cross train. Watched "Marijuana: A Chronic History" on The History Channel. Very interesting program!
