ran when i woke up this morning, and it was nice to get a run in at my own pace. i was feeling really rested, got lots of sleep last night, and didnt do much of anything after going to peninsula yesterday. felt really good. went up shaker, because its a nice straight way to get things done. 12.5 mile long run this week. i was a little dehydrated, didnt drink much before i headed out but it wasn't too bad out weather wise.
