Comments:
run with the 'team' through the morning loop. we started out at a good clip and never slowed down even up the hill. corey, eddie, & i pealed off and headed straight back down the hill and around david english the long way. we didnt really slow down at all. good solid training run id say..definitely felt better than the past few runs and actually felt like a runner.
