Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Alex's Run. Get there get my chip and talked to people. Warm up by myself around the field, and tested the beginning of the course... it was windy (whinedy)

did strides, warm up went really well, I guess, I didn't feel bad

race went out and it was a lil crowded but I felt a little sluggish, I didn't want to go out too fast. I just tried to stay in control.

THey said the first mile was 6:22... Was prob 6:05-6:12. Two mile was 12:32, or to me like 12:20ish.

After two miles I felt empty and there was nothing there, nothing I could do about anything so i didn't really try to push it. I also felt like I wanted to puke... dunno why, I ate an apple 2 hours before the race, it shouldn't have been an issue.

Did a light cool down with Gabs, I talked to her alot yesterday
