Comments:
I started running at a medium pace and felt really good so I pushed the pace a little faster. I ran on the canal trail for the first half of the run and on the road for the second half. There were more hills on the road during the second half.
OTR: Dynamic flexibility, STR, and food drills.
Sleep: 7.5 hours
