Comments:
Before Choir Tour, the only thing that hurt while running was the occasional upper body cramp. Legs were getting tired at the ends of runs, but nothing unusual - felt good. After I got back however, running has gotten significantly harder. Quads feel heavier and I just feel clunky. I'd like to blame it on the fact that I went a week without running and ate very poorly (fast food 1-2 times a day). Hoping to get back to consistently under 7min pace in the next week or two.
