My right foot was still bugging me so I wasn't able to run with the team in the morning (see yesterday), but I ended up getting out for a run before sunset.

I saw that the team surged hills today so I ran around my neighborhood which has a lot of uphill streets, and surged pretty much every uphill and just did a recovery pace on everything else.
