after work with carter and cwade. headed up to the xcfh to see if anyone was up for a run, but to no avail. we then ran over to shaker, and decided to head down lee to mayfield so we could keep running with chris for longer. after that we made a loop to coventry where carter and i seperated. went back to the xcfh again to get my bike. rode it back to the village. got some real weird looks because all i was wearing was short shorts. can't really explain how i felt on th run. it wasnt good or bad, at times i felt both throughout the run. we were going a bit slower, but it was perfectly fine with me. not hydrated well enough for a 10 miler though, my bad. came back, and did the essentials while watching scrubs. comedy central 6 and 6:30. its always on while i stretch. love it. i been really working hard on abs/pushups lately, even though i havent mentioned it much. i know in previous seasons my upper body has felt a little weak as the season hit its end, and i dont want that to be the case this year. still no problems with anything, a little tired. need to get better sleep.
