Comments:
Tom, Trey and I ran a warm up on the intramural fields. Trey and I ran barefoot. Then, we drove to the indoor track and Tom and I did started a workout for his 10 miler team. All break was on full recovery. Tom's shins were bothering him so he only did 2/3 of the workout but Trey joined me for the last 1/3. The workout wasn't too difficult but I did feel pretty bad afterwards. The last 400 we only did so I could say I finished the workout. We went at 6:40 pace on purpose.
