A LONG Run

Comments:
I ran at a medium pace on the road most of the time. I did run on the canal trail for about 20 minutes in the middle of the workout. I also did my 5 x 20 sec PUPs on the canal trail. I felt really good today during the first half of the workout but started to get tired during the second half. There were also hills on the road.
