terrain- decent hills
surface- trails

hydration- 5/10
workout- 8/10. found a nice, shady route that didn't confine me to the lakes, so that was exciting and made time go by quicker. Lots of uphills, but it was shady and nice so it didn't matter. Felt pretty good, I timed the run perfectly :) saw a woodchuck, which started to run away then turned and hissed at me. eek.
