Felt pretty excited to finally get a run in with calories to draw from, went out kinda quick but comfortable espesh for a hilly ass route but then 4.35 miles in got plaqued with the shits, had to stop for about 5 mins or so. Really pissed and ended up slowing down not purposely, just got out of the rythm and mentally wasnt there anymore. Still a pretty good paced run though for a longer and hillier run. This weeks turning out to be good training wise. REALLY WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO STOP. SLOWED EVERYTHIG DOWN.
