  Comments: 
Foot super soar after running an easy 4 today. Definitely should have started a little slower.  It feels like tendonitous on teh top of my foot.  Going to try and bike for a couple of days and see if I can get it better.  Then I will start running again.  A little slower with the milage the second time.
