Comments:
foot is feeling a lot better. Not perfect but decided to go out for an easy 4. Ran a little carefully and felt it a couple times. It sort of feels creaky but doesnt really hurt anymore. I am going to keep the milage low but I am glad to be back to running a little bit anyway.
