60 MED 5x15 hills
terrain- some decent hills
surface- trails, a bit of road

hydration- 5/10
workout- 9/10. I was glad to feel so good on my long run. I started off like usual around the lakes, then went up a big hill leading to the campgrounds, which is where I usually lose some steam. This time i beasted up the hill, and felt pretty good at the top, so continued at a nice medium pace. The 5x15 hills felt pretty good too. My only complaint is that my shoulders feel tight, but i'm usually pretty good about keeping my arms at a 90 degree angle, so i don't really know what's up with that.
