Stomach still a little uneasy in the morning but not nearly as bad as yesterday. Legs felt horrible on the warm up bit I decided to attempt the workout anyways. Legs were exhausted after only 2 of the segments and I wanted to quit so badly after the 3rd one. Forced myself to finish it and the cool down was super slow. Legs are destroyed now. Not sure why the past couple days have been such a struggle for my legs, I have a feeling that the next few days will feel like crap for my legs too but I've gotta push through it. No workouts for more than a week, just easy runs.
