Comments:
Since I haven't raced in a while I wanted to practice starting out at a manageable pace. Did 8x200m w/ 200m jog recovery. Target pace 5:20. Didn't feel so great today, but the workout was easy enough that it wasn't a big deal. Need to start out on Monday with a pace that feels easy, but not too easy.
