Much to my surprise my legs didnt really hurt tht bad, little sluggish but def not like a soreness. Lungs were pretty tired the whole time. Made sure to keep nice and easy and relaxing. For sure could have gone longer but only wanna do 45 miles this week then next week crank out 50 or 50+ for the rest of the summer. SSS routine after the run. Might do a little time trial tomorrow morning on the track, depends on how I feel. Supposed to eb ridiculously hot an humid the next 3 days. Whatevaaaa
