Comments:
today was the speed portion of the testing. My VO2 max was only 71 compared to 75 yesterday. Heart rate was 174. I never really felt like i maxed out either. I started to slip a little on the treadmill when it was at 13.5 miles per hour so they stopped the test. My legs aren't use to running that fast as I haven't done a speed workout since april. 5 miles after the max test.
