first swim of the summer. going to really try and do it more. any time i come home i'll swim at least once. probably going to swim tomorrow in the morning, in addition to my run. i felt really good. low impact workout, and it was refreshing amongst the gross heat. i was shooting hoops like the good old days for about an hour and a half beforehand too. have to prep to take down brooke tomorrow. i even lowered it to 9 ft so i could dunk for a bit! good day. not sure how far i swam. did a lot of laps and some water treading but my pool is just a home pool, so i dont have a distance measurement. just putting a half mile but i have no idea what it was. abs and etc. afterward. at home by myself so i stuffed my face too. enjoying the solitude for the night.
