4.5 mile cutdown

I will be running a race in 2 days for the first time since I ran 4:00 at OSU last April. My goal: To run under 17:00 at over 200 lbs. I've run maybe 2-3x a week for 30 minutes the past few months, and have been boxing and lifting weights. This marks the beginning of my 3 day training plan. Ran with the Central Park Track Club. 3 miles up, 6:05, 5:49, 5:37, 5:27, 2:38, 1 mile down. They were doing a 6 mile cutdown but they wanted to run the last 2 miles in around 10 minutes and I am way too fat for that. 3 pounds to gain until Monday.
