Exercise Type: Run

I ran with Mary today on the canal path. She was really encouraging the whole time and really helped me to finish up the last 30 minutes of my run (even though she could have gone faster I think :)). Since 90 minutes is a long time, we decided to break up the run a bit. We ran 12 minutes mild, then we did two 10 minutes of medium with 2 minutes of mild in between. Then, we did 10 minutes of medium to hot, 5 minutes mild, 10 minutes medium, 2 minutes mild, and two 5 minutes of medium, and then we finished at a mild pace. I think that is how it went...

1. What I did: 90 min medium to hot
2. What I was supposed to do: 90 min medium with 5x15 PUPS (I thought I had what I wrote above...so I guess I will just do the PUPS tonmorrow)
3. canal path (gravel/sand/pavement)
4. 6/10...I started to crash with 30 min left

I thought we might have gone longer than this, but I guess not because I mapped it.
