Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Foot has steadily been improving all week. Decided to test it on grass today and felt pretty good. The most pain I felt was really just when i tied my shoes. Pain did not increase during the run and mostly wasn't noticeable. Still hurts to climb stairs barefoot. This week I plan to get a lot of biking in, and build my runs back up, hopefully all of them on grass.
