Last few miles for the week. I like having less at the end. I'd say that I'll do all my weeks like this, but that is probably not going to happen. It's nice when it does though. My shins have been hurting a little lately, which seems to happen everytime i get past 30. I have another week at 35, then back down to 30. I really should ice my shins. That is tonight's activity.
Watched Gilmore Girls while doing shins, stretch, abs 8x30, hips, pushups/dips
