Weather: cool and rainy

Comments:
I over did it the first 2 days, and today my right quad especially, but most of my body was pretty sore. I don't think I'm eating enough. It's hard to pack the proper food for work, when the deli section of Dave's is under construction. Also note, the my left hamstring has felt funny for the past 2 months. It is always super tight in the beginning of runs.
