Comments:
Its go time... bout 100 days till stl marathon. My set millage called for 9 and I was goin to try n go deeper depending on how i felt...... So 9 was all i got.. haha... The next few weeks start jumpin up now... base to hit 14 next week then 2 weeks up to 18, hope the weathers good and i run out of excusses!!
