Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a warm around the neighborhood. Then ran a mapped out 3 mile loop at tempo pace. It was faster than I thought and I had to stop at 2 miles for a quick 2 minutes recovery for my shins and heat. Finished the last mile at the same pace. Then added on a little more than 4 miles on some trails I explored.
