4x800 w/ 400jog recovery - 245, 254 248, 236

Felt good, def will help me for the 5k sunday getting used to 530 mile pace. Should have kept the 2nd and 3rd reps at 245 and the rest periods more even. Had way to much left on the last one. Picked it up the last 400 to test my speed and got 70s with a lot left but that was probably bc of the 4min of recovery.
